By submitting the onboarding form, you consent to HillyGo collecting, storing, and processing the information you provide for the purpose of reviewing, verifying, publishing, and managing your property listing.

• Government-issued identification documents for identity verification.

• Property ownership or authorization documents.

• Property photographs and descriptions.

• Bank account or UPI details required for payouts.

• Location information and listing details.

Your information is used solely for:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to host.

• Reviewing and publishing your property listing.

• Processing payouts and managing bookings.

• Providing customer support and platform security.

• Complying with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Uploaded documents and images may be securely stored using trusted third-party cloud storage providers, including Cloudinary or similar services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared where necessary to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal requirements, or protect the rights and safety of HillyGo and its users.

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting HillyGo support, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

2. Host Agreement & Declaration

Host Declaration

By submitting this listing, I confirm that:

• I am the legal owner of the property or have full authorization to list and operate it on HillyGo.

• All information, photographs, descriptions, and documents provided are true, accurate, and up to date.

• Any uploaded images belong to me or I have the necessary rights and permission to use them.

• The property complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, licenses, and permissions required for hosting guests.

• I understand that HillyGo may verify my identity and supporting documents before approving my listing.

• HillyGo may reject, suspend, or remove my listing if inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information is discovered.

• I remain solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, safety, legality, and condition of my property.

• I agree that HillyGo acts only as a marketplace connecting hosts and travellers and is not responsible for disputes arising from inaccurate information provided by me.

• I authorize HillyGo to display my listing, photographs, pricing, amenities, and other relevant information on its website, mobile applications, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.

• I understand that payout details provided by me will be used solely for booking settlements and host payments.

• I agree to comply with HillyGo's hosting standards, cancellation policies, and future platform guidelines as updated from time to time.

I declare that the information submitted is correct to the best of my knowledge and understand that providing false information may result in permanent removal from the platform.

Legal disclosure:

We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
