Host Agreement

Welcome to HillyGo. By registering as a host or listing a property on our platform, you agree to comply with the terms set out in this Host Agreement. Please read this document carefully before submitting your property for listing.

1. Acceptance of this Agreement

By creating a host account, submitting your property details, or using HillyGo's hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Host Agreement.

2. Host Eligibility

To become a host on HillyGo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have the legal authority to rent or manage the listed property.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Property Ownership and Authorization

You confirm that:

• You own the property or have obtained permission from the owner to list it.

• The listing does not violate any lease agreement, government regulation, or third-party rights.

• You are responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required by law.

4. Accuracy of Information

All information submitted, including photographs, amenities, pricing, descriptions, and location details, must be truthful and up to date.

HillyGo reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that contain misleading or inaccurate information.

5. Identity Verification

HillyGo may request identity documents or property-related documents to verify your account.

Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in delayed approval, suspension, or permanent removal of your listing.

6. Host Responsibilities

As a host, you agree to:

• Maintain a clean and safe accommodation.

• Provide guests with the amenities advertised.

• Honour confirmed bookings unless exceptional circumstances arise.

• Communicate respectfully with guests.

• Respond promptly to booking-related inquiries.

7. Listing Content

You retain ownership of your photos and descriptions but grant HillyGo permission to display, reproduce, and promote your listing across our website, mobile applications, and marketing materials.

8. Pricing and Availability

Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and availability information.

HillyGo is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect pricing or calendar management.

9. Payments and Fees

Where applicable, HillyGo may charge service fees or commissions for bookings made through the platform.

Any applicable fees will be communicated separately and may change with prior notice.

Hosts are responsible for providing valid payment details.

10. Taxes and Legal Compliance

Hosts are solely responsible for:

• Paying applicable taxes.

• Obtaining necessary licenses or registrations.

• Complying with tourism, municipal, and local regulations.

• Following health and safety requirements.

11. Prohibited Activities

Hosts must not:

• Provide false information.

• Upload copyrighted content without permission.

• Engage in fraudulent activities.

• Discriminate against guests.

• Offer illegal or unsafe accommodations.

• Attempt to bypass HillyGo's booking system for confirmed guests.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

12. Guest Reviews

Guests may leave reviews based on their stay experience.

HillyGo reserves the right to moderate reviews that violate our policies but will not remove reviews solely because they are negative.

13. Suspension or Termination

HillyGo may suspend or permanently remove a host account if:

• False information is provided.

• Verification requirements are not met.

• Illegal activity is detected.

• The host repeatedly violates platform policies.

• Guest safety is compromised.

14. Limitation of Liability

HillyGo operates as a technology platform connecting travelers with accommodation providers.

We do not own, manage, or control listed properties and are not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, theft, injuries, cancellations, or guest conduct arising from bookings.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HillyGo harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your property listing.

• Your hosting activities.

• Breach of this Agreement.

• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Information collected during registration and hosting activities will be processed in accordance with HillyGo's Privacy Policy.

17. Modifications to this Agreement

HillyGo may update this Host Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
